What is the minimum amount required to start trading?
The minimum deposit for our Standard and Raw accounts is $15.
Can I place a withdrawal request if my account is not fully verified?
For your security, we require account verification before any withdrawal request can be submitted.
How can I deposit funds into my account?
Please login to our Client Area here and select option Funds -> Deposit Funds. On this page, you will see all payment methods that are available to you. Once you select a payment method, you will be given guidance on how to proceed with making a deposit.
What are the funding fees?
TradeSmart does not charge extra deposit and withdrawal fees. Payment Providers may however charge fees directly to the clients.
How can I submit a withdrawal request?
Please login to our Client Area here and select option Funds -> Withdraw Funds. On this page, you may select the payment method you used to fund your account to withdraw the desired amount.
Do I withdraw using the same method I deposited?
When making a withdrawal request, please select the payment method you used to fund your account.
How quickly will you process my withdrawal, and how soon will I receive my funds?
Withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. The method used during the deposit determines when you will receive your funds.
Can I cancel my withdrawal request?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your withdrawal, please email [email protected]
Upon login to MT5, my trading account shows as invalid.
If your account is showing as invalid, it is likely because you need to enter the correct information when logging in. Please check the trading account number and password is entered correctly and that the correct server is selected. If this information is accurate and you still get the 'Invalid Account' error, we suggest you change your trading account's password and try logging in again.
Why can't I see all the trading instruments?
To view all available trading instruments when viewing the platform on a PC, simply right-click in your Market Watch and then select 'Show All'. On a mobile device, you can access all available trading instruments by going to 'Quotes' and then tapping on the plus sign to add the instruments.
How can I generate account statements?
To pull a trade report, please visit the MT5 platform, click the 'Account History' tab at the bottom, then right-click in the window and select 'Save as report'.
Can I change the time zone on my platform?
No, this is not possible. The platform displays the server time.
What kind of partnership program do you offer?
The partnership program that TradeSmart offers is based on a revenue share.
How much can l earn from each referral?
Our referral program offers from $7 per lot or 70% revenue share. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss our future partnership.
When do you process partners’ commissions?
The affiliate commissions are generated instantly upon trade closure. You can withdraw your commissions or transfer them to your trading account anytime.
Where are my funds held?
TradeSmart holds clients' funds in segregated accounts and works with tier-one Payment services and banking institutions.
What is the minimum and maximum lot size that I can trade?
The minimum lot size you can trade with TradeSmart is a micro lot, which is displayed as 0.01 on the platform. The maximum trade size however depends on your account type. Please view more information on our account types page.
What are the spreads and commissions?
Spreads can go as low as 0 (zero) pips, depending on the trading account type. Please visit our Account Types page for more information.
Do you offer swap-free accounts?
All our accounts are swap free on Forex and Metal pairs for a period of 7 calendar days.
What is the highest leverage that TradeSmart offers?
The maximum leverage TradeSmart offers is 1:1000 with our Standard and Raw Accounts. This leverage applies to Forex and Metal pairs only.
How do I change my leverage?
If you wish to change the leverage of your trading account, please send your request to [email protected].
What is your server time?
Our server time is subject to Daylight Saving Time (DST). Therefore, GMT+2 (Winter) and GMT+3 during Summer Time.
What time does your Rollover occur?
Rollover takes place at 00:00 server time.
What are the opening and closing times of the various instruments?
Each trading instrument has its own open and close times. Please visit our Trading Hours page , where you can see all instruments' Open, Close and Daily break times.
Can I use mobile devices for trading? Can I use your platform on my smartphones or tablets?
Yes, the MT5 platforms both support mobile devices and tablets.
What are the Margin Call and Stop Out levels?
All our account types have a margin call of 50% and a stop-out level of 20%.
Do you provide negative balance protection?
Yes, we will automatically reset your negative balance.

How do I log into the TradeSmart Client Area?
Please click the "Sign in" button at the top right-hand corner of our homepage, then enter your email address and password.
How do I reset the TradeSmart Client Area password?
To reset your TradeSmart password, please click “sign in" at the top right-hand corner of our homepage and then click " Forgot Password " under the password field. You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
How do I deposit into my account?

How do I transfer money from and to my Wallet or trading account?
Please login to our Client Area here and select option Funds -> Transfer Funds. Select the accounts you wish to transfer from and to and proceed as per onscreen instructions.
